The Group includes independent companies that offer a range of products/ services such as telehealth, home healthcare, residential care facilities, pet services, health education, women's fashion and residential/ commercial rental properties.

Toledo Career Institute will be recognized for its efforts to make the world a better place though the contributions of its alumni, students, faculty and staff in the communities they serve.
Toledo Career Institute is registered by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools ( Reg. numbers 15-09-2073T and 15-09-2073T-LC for the main campus and learning center respectively). The institute currently is not and has not applied for regional or national accreditation with any US Department of Education recognized organizations. Accreditation is voluntary. Post-secondary educational institutions are typically eligible to apply for accreditation after at least two years in operation. Toledo Career Institute will be eligible to apply in 2017.
